15-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Not completely loving your item? It happens. That’s why we offer a 15 day no questions asked return window for all items excluding jewelry and personalized items.

  • Your return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. (To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend contacting us at connect@f2flife.com so we can guide you every step of the way.)
  • Once your return is received, your payment will be refunded to your chosen method, store credit or original payment method. If you choose a refund to your original payment method, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Jewelry
  • Clearance items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every piece you receive to arrive exactly as intended. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at connect@F2Flife.com within 15 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can assist you. Once confirmed, we will work with our fulfillment partners to provide a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you. Requests submitted after 15 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, so please reach out as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, simply return your original item in accordance with our 15-day return policy and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. This helps us process your request more quickly and ensures your new item is made just for you. 

Store Credit

If you receive store credit, it will be valid for 365 days from the date it is issued and can be used toward any purchase in our store. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded. We’re unable to reissue expired credit, so we encourage you to enjoy it within the generous timeframe provided.
