UK & Europe: $5.00 and free shipping over $150
Canada: $8.00 with free shipping over $150
Australia: $15 with free shipping over $150

At F2F Life, we’re not fast fashion. Each item is made to order once your purchase is placed.
Because of this, your order may take a little longer to arrive than mass-produced items kept in warehouses. Producing items on demand helps reduce waste and prevent overproduction, allowing us to operate in a more environmentally conscious way.
Your piece is created just for you, and we believe it’s worth the wait.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, holiday or sale periods, and global events. Once your order is on its way, it is in the care of the shipping carrier as they complete delivery.
Multiple Packages
Every piece is created with intention and may ship from different locations. This means that if you order multiple items, they may be delivered separately and arrive at different times.
Tracking Your Packages
Once your order begins its journey, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment so you can follow each piece along the way.
International Orders
We're excited to share F2F Life Co. with customers around the world. At this time, we ship to Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia, with plans to expand to additional countries as we continue to grow. 🌎💫
International delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on your destination, customs processing, and your local postal service.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
An order is considered fulfilled by F2F once it has been produced, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier. After that point, the shipment is in transit and delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your package seems to be missing, don’t panic, sometimes it’s just playing hide-and-seek. Before reaching out, please take a moment to:
- Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.)
- Ask a neighbor or household member if they accepted it
- Contact the shipping carrier to confirm delivery details or location
