Refund policy

Not completely loving your item? It happens. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window.

Returns are accepted as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: new, unused, and free from makeup, deodorant, stains, or other signs of wear.
  • Your return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. (To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend contacting us at connect@f2flife.com so we can guide you every step of the way.)
  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at connect@F2Flife.com within 15 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and either issue store credit or send a replacement of the same item. Requests made after 15 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, so please reach out as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items in a different size of the same product. We recommend checking the size chart and product details before ordering to help ensure the perfect fit.

Store Credit

If you receive store credit, it will be valid for 365 days from the date it is issued and can be used toward any purchase in our store. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded. We’re unable to reissue expired credit, so we encourage you to enjoy it within the generous timeframe provided.

  • To ensure fairness, returns must meet our guidelines. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return. Once your return is received, we’ll email you to confirm it’s safely in our hands and moving through the process.
  • By placing your order, you’re agreeing to our Return Policy as part of a thoughtful shopping experience.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
