US: FREE SHIPPING ALWAYS
UK & Europe: $5.00 and free shipping over $150
Canada: $8.00 with free shipping over $150
Everywhere else: $15 with free shipping over $150

US : 8-10 business days
UK & Europe: 8-10 business days
Canada: 10-12 business days

At F2F Life, we’re not fast fashion. Each item is made to order once your purchase is placed.
Because of this, your order may take a little longer to arrive than mass-produced items kept in warehouses. Producing items on demand helps reduce waste and prevent overproduction, allowing us to operate in a more environmentally conscious way.
Your piece is created just for you, and we believe it’s worth the wait.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, holiday or sale periods, and global events. Once your order is on its way, it is in the care of the shipping carrier as they complete delivery.
Multiple Packages
Every piece is created with intention and may ship from different locations. This means that if you order multiple items, they may be delivered separately and arrive at different times.
Tracking Your Packages
Once your order begins its journey, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment so you can follow each piece along the way.
International Orders
We ship to most countries around the world—because good things don’t believe in borders. 🌎💫
That said, a few locations may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, customs regulations, or international shipping restrictions. If your address can’t be delivered to, you won’t be able to complete checkout (no surprises at the finish line).
International delivery usually takes 10–21 business days, depending on your destination, customs processing, and your local postal system doing its thing.

All orders are fulfilled through trusted production partners who help bring your pieces to life with care and consistency across borders.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our hands and is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
If your package seems to be missing, don’t panic, sometimes it’s just playing hide-and-seek. Before reaching out, please take a moment to:
- Check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.)
- Ask a neighbor or household member if they accepted it
- Contact the shipping carrier to confirm delivery details or location
